Strategically and beautifully located in Dalsland, right between Karlstad and Gothenburg is Mellerud, where you will find Oscarssons Bil AB.

We are four people working here and we aim to make you as a customer feel comfortable and feel that you are well taken care of. You can read more about the company below.

In our more than 44 years in the business, we have built up a large base of satisfied and repeat customers, resulting in the sale of over 16,000 cars to date.

Jan-Olov Oscarsson started the company in 1981 and ran it for many years as a sole trader. Over the years, sales and turnover grew, and the workforce expanded to the total of 4 employees that we are today.

In August 2004, Jan-Olov’s brother Thomas Oscarsson became a partner and together we sell a large number of vehicles annually.

Our strength is our large network of contacts, our many years of collective experience and our recognized fine cars.

Our constant endeavor is to work with fine older US cars and other classics that are in the absolute best possible condition, and to treat the customer in a personal way.

We are careful to accurately describe our sale vehicles, and as we work across Europe via various social media and advertise globally, this is more important than ever!

If you have received a description of the car you are interested in, this will be correct when you arrive!

We have about 900 square meters of premises where you will always find a large number of cars in a warm and pleasant sales hall. We also work with sales assignments, i.e. we want to sell the car for you as a customer! We take care of all the work involved, handle any exports and take care of transportation.

Payment of vehicles

We avoid cash handling as much as possible, we accept bank transfer and Swish, just make sure to raise your maximum amount in online banking before. We do not hand over any cars without having received the money in our account, so make sure to check that we are able to receive your payment method in advance.

You can feel calm and confident when you buy a car from us. We have been running the company for more than 44 years without remarks, and have had the highest possible credit rating for a long time.

GDPR and personal data processing

On May 25, 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) came into force as a replacement for the PUL (Personal Data Act), in order to have a common legislation throughout the EU. When we do business, we treat all personal data with the highest security and we don’t store anything that we don’t absolutely have to. Obviously, the information is stored after consent and removed if desired.
